Smooth-It Fine Ridge

A new feeling, easy to use. The smooth-it was designed specifically to maintain a factory edge. Designed to solve the issue of squeegees causing window tint scratches. This easy-to-use tool effectively and evenly smooths out the edge of most tools used for installing window film, as long as the tool fits in. Works great on both plastic and rubber tools. Gently slide your tool through the channel back and forth applying an even but soft amount of pressure against the wet fabric. It is recommended to use Smooth-It on your tools at least once a day, you will save time and material by keeping your tools in good shape.

Many industry professionals utilize the Smooth-It Fine Ridge to prepare window tinting in the most difficult settings, and they are a must-have for installers and regular users of Avery Dennison and Solar Gard. Our brands help you choose a custom appearance for your car window tint film while improving comfort for passengers, protecting vehicle interiors, and blocking harmful UV rays and harsh glare!

It is recommended to replace the non-reversible fabric every 2 – 3 months (depending on use) with a SMOOTH-It replacement mat.
