B2B Account Updates
Metro Restyling is updating our B2B account experience to make wholesale pricing, company ordering, and tax-exempt purchasing easier going forward.
What B2B Customers Need to Know
To view and receive B2B pricing, customers must be logged directly into Metro Restyling under an approved company account. If you are not logged in, or if you check out as a guest, standard retail pricing may display and B2B discounts may not apply.
Approved B2B accounts may include access to:
- Wholesale pricing or account-specific discounts
- Saved company billing and shipping information
- Stored payment methods for easier checkout
- Multiple approved users under the same company account
- Approved tax-exempt status, when applicable
Existing Wholesale Customers
Previous wholesale accounts are being transitioned into the updated B2B system for a better customer experience.
If you were previously approved for wholesale pricing, you may need to submit or update your B2B information so we can connect your account correctly. If a new or updated application has not been submitted, your previous wholesale status may no longer be active.
Account Requirements
B2B access must be connected to an approved company account.
Please note:
- B2B pricing will only appear when you are logged in correctly.
- Guest checkout will not receive B2B benefits.
- Each user can only be assigned to one company account.
- Users must use the email address connected to their approved B2B profile.
- Tax-exempt status must be approved before tax can be removed from eligible orders.
- Discounts or tax adjustments may not be applied after an order is placed.
Tax-Exempt Customers
A valid resale certificate or exemption document may be required. Once approved, tax exemption will apply through your approved B2B company account.
Before Placing an Order
Please make sure you are logged into Metro Restyling and that your B2B pricing is visible before checkout. If your pricing does not look correct, please contact us before placing your order.
